Refund policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 10 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 10 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

All sales of items on sale are final. We strive to offer our merchandise at the best value, and part of this effort includes providing final sale opportunities with significant discounts. Due to the nature of these deals, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for items purchased as part of a sale or with a discount code. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before finalizing them.

REFUND REQUIREMENTS

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

  • Product is defective (manufacturing defects)
  • Product must be unopened
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Product must be unused
  • Product must not be damaged

Please note that we are not liable for any delays caused by the courier during delivery. In the event of a late delivery, we will only consider refunding the shipping cost if the customer paid for shipping.

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. Perishable goods are completely exempt from being returned.

PROOF OF PURCHASE

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund but will provide you with a store credit instead.

SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

RETURNING AN ORDER AND REFUND REQUEST PROCESS

In order to return an order, you must contact us at info@speciallittlegift.com first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.

If you wish to return a product because it is defective or has been damaged during transportation, we kindly request that you provide us with clear pictures of the product from all angles, along with a detailed description of the issue. This will help us assess the situation and determine the best course of action. (everything must be submitted to info@speciallittlegift.com)

Please note that if the product was damaged during transportation, you will also need to file a complaint with the courier you selected to return the item to us, and provide us with the complaint number or reference.

In all cases, it is important that you take care to properly package the product to ensure that it is not damaged during transit. If the product is found to have been damaged due to inadequate packaging on the return journey, we reserve the right to reject the refund.

Returns can be mailed to: 5137 W Oquendo Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89118, United States. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.

All refunds will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
