Our adorable red and white Double Bear Ballon, which says “I Love You” in a huge way, is made of aluminum foil. The package includes an inflation stem (straw), ready to use. After inflating, pinch the balloon mouth flat; it will be sealed automatically with glue.

Attention:
1. To inflate the balloon, slowly use the straw to fill the balloon with easy control and to avoid bursting. Then, gently with your hand, you will open the 2-layers of aluminum foil, and the balloon would easily damage any other way.
2. Only inflating helium or hydrogen will make the balloon float.
3. Keep uninflated balloons away from children; discard broken balloons at once.
